1. Where and when will the conference take place?
The conference will take place on 24-25.10.2023 at the Metropolo by Golden Tulip Hotel – 11 Orzechowa Street, Kraków.

2. Is there parking in front of the venue and is it paid?
Parking in front of the hotel is free, but the number of spaces is limited, so we recommend that people from Krakow come by public transport.

3. What time does the conference start?
The first lectures start at 9:00 a.m.
On-site registration will be open from 8:00 a.m.

4. How can I buy a ticket for the conference:

5. Will the lectures be recorded?
The conference is an onsite-only event, but the lectures will be recorded. The recordings will be available to registered participants on the Eventory app after the conference.

6. Will I get a discount if I register a larger group of people?
To find out about discount opportunities, email: rejestracja@proidea.org.pl.

7. How can I use the discount code?
Enter the code you received in the „Discount code” section when registering. When the code is entered correctly, the ticket price will decrease.

8. How do I pay for my participation in the conference?
When registering, you can choose one of the available payment methods: PayPal, card payment, or traditional bank transfer. If you choose to pay by offline payment, you will be shown the amount to be paid at the final registration stage along with your transfer details. You can make the payment based on these or on a proforma invoice, which we will send you in a separate message within seven working days of your application. Usually, proforma invoices are sent the same day you register or the following day.

5 days before the event, the possibility to purchase tickets offline will not be available – for this purpose, please contact us at the following email address: rejestracja@proidea.org.pl.

9. When are the ticket prices increasing?
You will find information regarding the change in ticket prices at the event website.

10. Is it possible to transfer the ticket to another person?
Yes, PROIDEA allows to make a change to the list of participants. Information about the change of Participant should be provided to PROIDEA no less than 5 days before the start of the Conference. The change of Participant requires the registration form to be filled out again. The User is required to forward the information about the change of Participant to the e-mail address: rejestracja@proidea.org.pl, together with an indication of the information about the persons concerned by the change (first and last name, email address to which the ticket is to be forwarded).

11. Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
Yes, but you can only do it until 24 September 2023o. To cancel, fill in the cancellation form which you will find on the event website (under the regulations tab), and contact us via email at: rejestracja@proidea.org.pl.

12. Where can I find the conference agenda?
You will find the agenda both on the event website and in the Eventory app one month before the event.

13. Are all the talks held in English?
The lectures are mostly in English, but there may be some lectures in Polish.

14. How can I rate and comment on a lecture?
You can rate and comment on lectures via the Eventory app. All you have to do is enter the topic of the selected lecture or the name of the speaker.

Eventory is available on both Google Play and the AppStore.
Once you have installed the app, search for the event „JDD 2023” in the app and join using your ticket number.

15. How can I contact other attendees and speakers?
You can contact conference attendees and speakers via the direct messenger in the Eventory app, which also allows you to make appointments, or directly at the event venue.

16. Will there be lunch for attendees at the conference?
Yes, we provide attendees with lunch in between lectures and access to drinks and snacks throughout the conference.

17. Is entry to the after party included in my ticket?
Yes, as part of your ticket, you have the opportunity to attend the After Party.
